Day of Coordination

This package is designed for the bride and groom who already have all of the planning taken care of. All that you need is a helping hand on the weekend of your wedding for your pre wedding events, ceremony, and reception. The Opulent Agency will begin working with you approximately 1 to 2 months before the special day, once all or most of your vendors are contracted.
 
The package includes:
* Serve as the one-site point person for the venue, vendors, and wedding party.
* Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation 1 week prior to wedding.
*Curation of event timeline 
* Ensure the event timeline is communicated to all vendors and executed
* Oversee all event décor and set up, which includes making sure all party favors or programs are set out.
* Unlimited time on wedding weekend
* Unlimited correspondence

Partial Event Planning 

This package is designed for couples that have already selected their vendors, but need some help coordinating everything months leading up to the big day. The Opulent Agency will begin working with you approximately 3 to 4 months before the special day.
 
The package includes:
* Planning Checklist: To help couples stay organized and ensure nothing is forgotten.
* Vendor referral for any aspect of the wedding that is still missing.
* Vendor confirmation 2 weeks prior to wedding.
* Timeline: Creation of the event timeline and execution of the timeline on-site
* Ensure the event timeline is communicated to all vendors and executed
* Oversee all event décor and set up, which includes making sure all party favors or programs are set out.
* Unlimited time on wedding weekend
* Regular progress meetings & unlimited correspondence

Full Event Planning 

This package is designed for the bride and groom who are busy and don’t have the additional time to research and contact several vendors. SNRLifestyle Events will assist with contacting vendors and creating a short list for the couple to review based on your needs, wants and budget. 
 
The package includes:
* Budget formation and guidance
* Vendor Coordination: Gather and summarizes proposals from vendors for couples review. As well as review vendor contracts.
* Presence at any wedding-related meetings – via conference call or in person if available.
* Stationery:  Selection and content for any programs, menu cards, invitations, etc.
* RSVP Management 
* Out of Town Guest Lodging Arrangements
* Wedding Website: Assist in creation and management of content for wedding website.
* Timeline: Creation of the event timeline and execution of the timeline on-site
* Oversee all event décor and set up, which includes making sure all party favors or programs are set out.
* Unlimited time on wedding weekend
* Regular progress meetings & unlimited correspondence
